We are a family-owned company launched in early Sept 2020. Our mission is to bring Gluten free basics to everyone. Sandra, the owner, has been gluten free for the last 25 years, and her daughter Emerald, also being gluten free and a fussy eater, really became the catalyst for developing these products. The idea is that every item must be something Emerald could take to school in a lunch box. We are just really passionate about developing delicious, affordable, basic gluten free options.
We value innovation, collaboration, integrity and loyalty, and have a commitment to excellence in everything we do. We really care about our customers and strive to ensure they have a wonderful experience and are nurtured through our products.
We are a young company and are very much in the development phase. Once we have refined new products we will provide them to you for feedback and as additional wholesale options. Our current testing list includes the following: Brioche burger buns, Coconut and brown sugar sweet brioche and Lebanese bread.
We are also happy to experiment with any requests.
