to GET is a platform that offers local businesses selling speciality groceries – vegetables, fruit, bread, patisseries, and meat, with a collective e-commerce platform where locals can shop for their produce easily online.
Last week, the start-up won the prestigious UNSW New Wave first prize award, providing them with impetus to further expand their business.
to GET is founded on the belief that “Local community businesses are the innovators and fabric of our communities. They have all been doing it tough so to GET aims to help get them online and provide another channel for these largely bricks and mortar based artisans.”
This award is recognition for the next phase of our growth as it will enable us to bring on new providers – we really need more speciality providores and innovative producers to join for aggregated benefit.
