Crawley’s Quality Cuts is a local gem established by Liam and Gemma Crawley in Sydney’s Rose Bay.  Liam is a master butcher and successful chef, known for his pride in delivering a high standard in the presentation of his food. He believes knowing the provenance of their meat and how it is raised provides them with the confidence to know they are delivering the finest produce available.

Liam and Gemma passionately foster unique and direct relationships with farmers and producers of great Australian produce.  They are advocates of innovative gourmet small businesses who they promote and sell with a diverse range of pantry items sourced from regional producers available for purchase.
